The requirements for achieving a Gold certification are very stringent, requiring 16 Cisco certified individuals, including four Cisco Sales Experts (CSE) and four Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIE). In addition to the qualified personnel, a Gold organization must demonstrate Core Support Requirements including pre-sales support, a support lab, demo lab, client support center that operates 24x7x365, and an escalation process. Cisco partners applying for Gold status must also demonstrate expertise in three specific fields of technology. Atrion is certified in Wireless, IP Telephony, and Security.
